WINTER 2018 CLASSES

Next 8 week session runs from January 8th - March 1st 2018


Competitive Edge Classes were developed for the client who wants to work with a Personal Trainer to learn proper weight lifting technique, to have a source of accountability with scheduled sessions, who is looking for motivation from fellow fitness enthusiasts and who are looking for an affordable monthly option!


 I will provide you with workouts that will continue to teach you proper technique, will utilize various pieces of equipment and will continue to increase your strength and stamina all in a fun and motivating group environment! My goal as a trainer is to teach you the tools you need to feel comfortable and confident with your training plan so that you can continue on your fitness journey for life.

Ladies Strength Classes
Exactly as the name implies, this Class is tailored to Women who want to improve their strength! There is no Bootcamp style training here, just purely proper strength training programs to get you crushing your strength goals and having fun while doing it! Nothing but a pure, genuine community of like minded women who show up to better themselves both body and mind.

Class Options:

Mondays 6:00-7:00pm
Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm

Cost:
1 day/week - $120+tax

2 days/week - $240+tax
3 days/week - $360+tax


Core and Cardio Class
Come for this 45 minute Core and Cardio class and experience the challenging and innovative core workouts that will give you more than just body weight abdominal training! We kick it up a notch and finish off this class with a calorie blasting cardio circuit that will have your heart rate spiked and your lungs and muscles screaming (In a good way of course)!

Thursday 5:30-6:15pm

Bridal Strength Class
Great supportive group environment for Brides to work hard to look their best for their upcoming wedding! All Brides will have access to one or two group training sessions per week, at home workouts, and nutritional support, accountability and most importantly encouragement from the whole group! A large emphasis is placed on training the upper body to trim the arms and back and create definition where you want it most. There are only 8 SPOTS MAX available in each group so that I can provide one on one training with each bride during our training sessions.

Thursday 6:30-7:30pm

HIIT class

This BRAND NEW class was developed to give you a great 30 minute high intensity training option during your day. I understand the struggle of feeling like there is never enough hours in the day. No need to spend 2 hours in the gym to get results, step your workouts up a notch by burning more calories in less time with this style of training. This class is perfect for anyone who is wanting to add cardio into their week without having to torture themselves with a monotonous 60 minute run on the treadmill. Come in the middle of the day to de-stress, unplug and sweat!!

Tuesday - 12:00-12:30pm 
Thursday - 12:00-12:30pm
